Efficient Project Management
We offer great transparency to the customer for optimizing the various stages of project-realization and minimize the risk of wasting time.
Phase 1 : The process focus on Concept and Study. We survey of the project, construction the plan and visualization with 3D animation for better result. After making approval of the plan to our customer and signing the contract, we continue to the next phase.
Phase 2 : For material we purchase, cutting, kiln and dry of timber. The construction and assembling of the structure applied in the factory. In general process, step of construction are:
- Site preparation
- Column & Bottom Beam assembling
- Upper Beam assembling
- Top Beam assembling
- Roof assembling
Before dismantling of the structure, we visit the customer and approval of the final stage of the project in the factory.
Phase 3 : We packing products and stuffing containers and arrange for administration export and shipment. Customer receive the products on the site and we reconstruction with supervision from Bali Prefab.
